The Washington D.C. International Wine & Food Festival enters its 11th season as the largest indoor wine event in the Mid-Atlantic. Over 150 international wineries participate annually along with food vendors, and manufacturers of related lifestyle products and services. You should too! A limited amount of tickets are being sold this year to provide a comfortable tasting experience for all attendees.
What Makes This Show Different From Other Culinary Events In The Area?
The Wine
- You do not have to pay a separate admission to taste the wines on the show floor – sample over 600 wines with one admission price.
- The wines presented are from across the globe and not from one region – over 150 wineries from around the world including Argentina, Germany, Greece, Spain, Italy, France, New Zealand and the United States.
- Winery principles pour the wine for you instead of local contacts.
The Chefs
- You do not have to pay an extra admission to see celebrity chefs.
- The demonstrations are hosted by The Washington Post.
- Several demonstrations include the proper pairing of foods with wine.
